These guys are a joke. I sent to them my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge in perfect conditions and upon receipt of the phone they have now downgraded their offer from £60 to £15 for an apparent screen-burn which never existed in first place. Old pickpocket tactics. Not impress at all!

Phone came in almost perfect condition. The free cable given was pretty terrible. Slight blemishes on the bottom of the phone with minor screen scratches that cannot be see unless you look for them under a bright light. This is for Pristine condition note 10 plus 5g.

Good price for recycling my iPhone, I paid extra to insure/track delivery of my phone. Took time to get the free postal pack but i didn’t use it in the end as I was able to recycle my own packaging and protect it properly. Took around 7 days for them to receive my phone do tests and for money to arrive in my account.
